Production and renovations of steel structures and other operations  are carry out in modern production halls with a total area of 4500m². Production halls are equipped with gantry cranes with lifting capacity of 20 tons. The company also has a fork-lift trucks with a lifting capacity of 8 tons. For the purpose of storage elements the company may allocate storage yard on a paved surface and surface of 2000m² with a gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 12 tonnes.

Processes that may adversely affect the construction of structures, such as:

• Pre-treatment of components for welding;
• Cleaning constructions before painting;

take place in separate rooms. Priming and topcoat painting of construction are made by pneumatic or hydrodynamic spray method, in conditions which ensure the appropriate temperature and humidity for this process.

Welding processes are executed on separate workstations equipped with the appropriate welding equipment (power source), media and carrier equipment.
